ARMP is a mentorship program designed for lash artists who know they’re capable of more… but feel stuck in the small details.

Each program is designed to refine the skills that short 2–3 day beginner courses couldn’t fully cover. With flexible training days and a personalized curriculum, we focus on the foundations that transform good work into captivating lash art.

This program was created to give back to artists who left training feeling rushed, overwhelmed, or unsure.
