Benevolent Lash Co. Card Payment System

Effective Date: January 20th, 2025

Thank you for choosing Benevolent Lash Co. By using our card payment system, you agree to the following terms and conditions and acknowledge our privacy policies. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Payments

   • We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment system.

   • All transactions are processed in CAD unless otherwise specified.

2. Authorization

   • By providing your card information, you authorize us to charge your card for the total amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes and fees.

   • You are responsible for ensuring that all card details provided are accurate and up-to-date.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

   • Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.

   • Any disputes regarding charges must be reported within 15 days of the transaction date.

4. Payment Security

   • Our payment system utilizes industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your card information.

   • We do not store full card details on our servers.

5. Liability

   • Benevolent Lash Co. is not liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from the loss or theft of your card information.

   • We reserve the right to decline transactions at our discretion.

     Deposit Policy

   • All Deposits Are Non Refundable

   • To secure your seat in any lash training, a non refundable deposit of 25% of the course total will be required.

   • A $50 non refundable deposit is required for all new clients and full set lash appointments. This non refundable deposit goes towards the final cost of the service and will be deducted from the remaining total due.

   • Deposits will be received in CAD in the form of either interac e transfer, debit or credit cards.

   
   

   
   
   

   Refund and Cancellation Policy

   • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for canceled training within 7 days of purchase.

   • Process: To request a refund, contact us at melody@benevolentlash.com. Include your order number and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

   • Non-Refundable Items: Lash services including full sets and fills, class deposits, digital downloads, and services already provided (such as lash training of all kinds) are non-refundable.

   • Cancellation Fees: If you cancel a lash service less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% may apply.

   • Students may be eligible for a partial refund of 30% under specific circumstances.

   • Any disputes regarding charges must be reported within 15 days of the transaction date.
